The 5 bedroom 4 bathroom main residence sits at the top of our 10 acre property with spectacular views of our vineyard, oak trees, and the rolling hills of Templeton and Paso Robles.  Lodge the bridal party over the weekend for your wedding or the entire family for a birthday or anniversary in 5 comfy bedrooms that can sleep 14 people. The upstairs bar and family room with french doors to the outdoor deck is the ideal place for a small cocktail party.  The back patio with pool, covered bar, and dining area is perfect for a larger cocktail reception.

The property was completely remodeled in 2014. The first floor of the main residence consists of two bedrooms which sleep up to four people each, a bathroom, the living room, television sitting area, dining room, and spacious kitchen. The kitchen has all new appliances including an large ice maker and wine cooler. French doors open to the patio with an outdoor dining space and views of the vineyard. Upstairs consists of the family room and big screen television, bar, dining area, a bedroom and bathroom, washer and dryer room, and the master suite. The master suite and family room have french doors leading the the upstairs deck which offers amazing views of the property and the rolling hills and oaks of Templeton in the distance.

The backyard features a pool, spa, fire pit, covered dining area, covered bar and restroom. There is also a bedroom suite off the pool patio with king size bed, bathroom, and mini kitchenette. With the main house and pool suite, we can sleep up to 14 people.
